  • Condition: A fantastic Pearl Bailey (her Broadway debut), Nicholas Brothers, Robert Pope, June Hawkins Autographed Playbill for the new musical production of “St. Louis Woman” from the week of March 11, 1946 at the Shubert Theater in New York City. The pencil autographs of all the stars are in excellent condition, clear and bold. The signature of the “Nicholas Bros Harold + Fayard” is dated 1946 and is also in excellent condition, clear and bold. The playbill itself is still tight to the original staples with the 16 total pages in excellent shape with no tears or extra markings. Please see pictures below.

    A great looking Pearl Bailey, Nicholas Brothers (Harold + Fayard), Robert Pope, and June Hawkins Autographed Playbill from “St. Louis Woman” when it was in pre-shows at the Shubert Theater the week of March 11, 1946. It measures approximately 9” x 6” and is in excellent shape with all the pencil autographs bold and clear. All the autographs are guaranteed authentic. A fantastic piece of theater history as St. Louis Woman musical opened on Broadway on March 30, 1946 featuring the iconic Pearl Bailey in her Broadway debut. This playbill was from one of those first pre-show performances shortly before the March 30th opening. An amazing find that was carefully stored away for years.
