    Description

    Ballet Ballerina Yvonne Couteau autographed program pacific ballet 1965.  At top of the program Ms. Chouteau writes "Dear Shirley, My Best Wishes always, Yvonne Chouteau".  Ms. Chouteau was one of the celebrated Indian Ballerinas of Oklahoma and the youngest dancer in history to turn professional.  At the age of 14 she joined the Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo.  From the estate of Shirley Kirby who was a ballerina and ballet instructor.  program is trifold and is about 4 1/2 by 10 inches in closed position.  The program is for the 1965 Spring Season of the Pacific Ballet in San Francisco.
