    ...tremendous form & outstanding ribs along with a beautiful color pattern is displayed...an incredible specimen!!  Also known as a "Precious Wentletrap"...in Danish, the word Wentletrap means Spiral Staircase which certainly applies to this amazing species.  This beauty was trawled at 60-80m from Manila Bay, Philippines.  A member of the Epitoniidae family & a wonderful compliment in any collection.  Thank you for visiting our store this afternoon...& an excellent choice, too.
