    Description

    Up for grabs here is a vintage Electro Voice PL6 dynamic cardioid microphone. It is the pro version of the 660 - basically meaning it has a non-reflective gray finish instead of silver. This mic uses EV's "Variable-D" design, which minimizes typical proximity effect low end buildup, which results in natural sound. It has a nice tight pickup pattern, great for drum miking and general stage use where you want good rejection of nearby sources. These are well-liked mics!
    It’s in good working condition, showing evidence of its age, including some numbers etched into the barrel. Of course that doesn’t effect its performance.
