PAYMENT
PAY SAFE: PayPal Payment is accepted. For both Buyer and Seller protection we only ship orders to the primary shipping address on file for your PayPal account. Please note that purchases by credit card will only be shipped to addresses on file with your credit card company.
SHIPPING
We only ship to addresses in the lower 48, no APO/PO boxes. Our stock all ships insured from our US-based warehouse. Once an order ships, we will send an email with tracking information. Specific items may require a signature upon delivery. Unless otherwise stated, shipping is via USPS, FedEx or UPS (depending on product type, destination and package weight). We try to ship most items within 24 hours of payment Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. Shipping time is only an estimate. Most orders will be in transit for 3 to 5 days but some may take longer. If you have a specific time frame please contact us before you make any purchases. Shipping charges are not refunded, unless the return is caused by an error on our part. Seller is not responsible for an undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong addresses.
RETURNS
We have endeavored to photograph and accurately describe every item as to its condition and authenticity to the best of our ability and stand behind the items we sell. Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase if the item is defective only. All returns require a return ID (RMA), please contact us before returning. When sending in a return, please note we do our best to process returns as quickly as possible but it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed.
Returns must be in the condition it was received with original packaging (including all original contents). Some items may be covered under an extended warranty by the manufacturer. If unsure if this applies to your item, email us and we will be more than happy to help.
Return shipping and a 10% restocking fee is the responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake. There will be no restocking fee and we will pay to ship a replacement if an exchange is requested.
There is 5.5% State Sales Tax added to any order total that is sold in the state of Wisconsin. There may also be other state taxes charged to your total if your state charges sales tax on ebay. Please note that ebay adds these to your invoice, not us! Thank You!
