The label on the back of the radio does match the serial number. The flashcode has been upgraded., this it does not match the sticker on the back.
There is engraving on the back of the radio.
The radio is currently programmed with 8 simplex GMRS frequencies with no PL on RX/TX, and 8 GMRS repeater pairs with no PL on RX and a PL on TX of 141.3 Hz.
No other accessories are included. There is no encryption board installed.
