SHIPPING
Most items are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please keep in mind that for larger items shipping time might be longer as we may need to schedule a proper delivery. Actual time that an item arrives to final destination can vary from 3-14 business days. We do not have control over shipping services but if you need expedited service please contact us.
We ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States only. We are not able to deliver US Protectorates, or APO Boxes. For P.O. Boxes please provide a physical address to avoid shipping delays; otherwise it will not be able to be shipped.
We ship globally when permitted using eBay?s GSP(Global Shipping Program); the item is sent to a logistics center in KY and shipped from there to the rest of the world. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
At the moment we do not offer combined shipping services.
We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
Shipment only on business days from Monday through Friday excludes federal holidays and weekends.
You will be notified via eBay messages as soon as your items ship. If the item arrives damaged, please reject delivery and contact us immediately.
RETURNS
We stand behind our products. Returns are accepted within 30 days from when the item is delivered; ONLY if the item is not as described. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, liquid, neglect, abuse, or misuse. We'd not honor the warranty if you modify or replace the item or any part or serial numbers. Please contact us before returning an item for further instructions. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories, documentation, or items that came with it.
You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items.
For International GSP orders, buyer is responsible for Return Shipping.
