    Description

    >Offered here for your consideration is an
    old & original
    1946 MAE WEST
    signed theater program
for the production of "Come On Up (Ring Twice)"
    !!
    Please see all
    seven
photos, as they are an important part of my description. This vintage program measures approximately 8 1/2" x 11" and contains twenty (20) unnumbered pages. Beautiful and colorful program cover features the legendary
    Mae West
, grasping a long cigarette holder as the "smoke" wafts upward! Ms. West signed the program in blue ink; there is also a facsimile signature of West inside the program which says
    "Sincerely, Mae West"
(see photo #6). The program features numerous photographs of Mae, in addition to a feature titled
    "The Story of Mae West"
. The final inside page of the program pictures theater critic's "reviews" of West's show,
    "Come On Up"
    (Ring Twice Tonight)
from "The Hollywood Reporter", "Variety" and the Los Angeles Times (of course, all the reviews were extremely positive!). This production of a new comedy was directed by Russell Fillmore, with the setting by Rita Glover; the show was written by Miles Mander, Fred Schiller and Thomas Dunphy. While I'm offering this signed-Mae West theater program as an "unauthenticated" piece, the
    Mae West
autograph on the program's cover compares most favorably to other West autograph examples I have seen, and I guarantee the authenticity or your money back!

    Condition:
in very *Fine Shape* overall, showing only minimal age/handling faults...
    nice!!!
There is a mild vertical fold that goes through the entire program, but again, it's very mild. There is some age toning to the program, but it's very light as well. The program's binding is solid, with
    no
splits! The two binding staple are clean on the exterior, and exhibits only light tarnish inside. A simply outstanding piece of theater memorabilia, signed by an iconic Hollywood legend!!! Please check my eBay feedback and Bid With Confidence - I have Happy Customers with over 6,000 items sold!
